Can I switch plans later?

What counts as a leave request?
Each submitted leave (approved, deferred, or returned) counts once toward your monthly limit. Drafts and saved templates don't.
Do you offer discounts for multiple schools?
Yes. School groups, trusts and districts get volume pricing — drop the Enterprise team a note and we'll quote the right shape.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Sub bills month to month by default. Annual prepayment is available on Professional and above with a small discount.
Where is our data stored?
In secure regional data centres. Enterprise customers can request a specific data residency and a signed DPA.
Can teachers use Sub on their phones?
Yes — Sub works in any modern browser. A native iOS/Android app for teachers is rolling out this term.
